Top New Year’s Resolution

2017 is now a past and there’s a perfect opportunity for all of us to start writing a new chapter in our biography named 2018. Unfortunately, many people overestimate their ability to keep their promises and their resolutions. After listing one by one, they are simply not able to stick to any of them and after a week they forget. Does it sound familiar to you?  If so, the best way is to select just one habit.

However, you are going to stick to it. No matter what. For now’s the best chance to sit down and pick a habit for 2018. Meditation

From now on, you are going to spend ten minutes each morning meditating. Right after you wake up, you are going to sit down in the chair and practice. I’m not going to lie to you. The first few months will be so boring you’ll want to quit. But keep in mind that it’s not a coincidence that many researchers propose that meditation is the best habit one can develop.

Just the fact that it’s hard for you to focus on one simple thing should be enough to motivate you. That your mind is thinking all day long with no break. Realize that it affects every single decision you make. And that there’s nothing better than improving your health and state of mind. Here are links to breathing and mindful meditation.
